Corporate Brochure & Request for Proposal

One of its kind Public Limited Company

Everything a General Counsel, CFO, or founder needs to evaluate LawCrust as outside counsel in India: how we work, our service lines, practice coverage, delivery model, and group add-ons, followed by a short scoping form. Tell us the shape of your requirement and we schedule a slot with the right desk.

LawCrust Global Consulting Ltd is one of its kind: a next-generation, public limited legal consulting company whose subject-matter experts peep beyond the legal frame, into the commercial, financial, and operational sides of your problem, to bring you solutions, not just opinions.

Section 1 · How we work

The engagement model

70+ advocates, one window

We are a set of more than 70+ advocates across India. You deal with a single engagement desk: briefs, escalations, and reporting flow through one window, never a chase across individual lawyers.

Retainers start at ₹50,000/- monthly

Our minimum retainer starts at ₹50,000 per month, scoped to your documentation, advisory, and litigation load. You see the proposal, with deliverables, SLAs, and pricing, before you commit a rupee.

Beyond the legal frame

As a next-generation firm we staff subject-matter experts from finance, technology, and industry, who look past the statute to the business problem underneath, and solve for that.

Confidential by rule

In line with Bar Council of India rules and the NDAs we sign, we do not disclose the names of our advocates or our clients, in this brochure or anywhere else. Capability is shown by structure and scale, never by dropping names.

Section 6 · Frequently asked questions

What corporate buyers ask before engaging us

What does the ₹50,000/- monthly minimum retainer include?

It is scoped to your load before you sign: typically a monthly allowance of documentation (drafting and review), advisory calls with the right subject-matter counsel, and single-window coordination of anything that escalates. The exact deliverables, SLAs, and pricing are written into the proposal and the engagement letter, so you know precisely what the retainer covers before you commit a rupee.

How is pricing scoped above the minimum?

By volume and mix. Tell us your documentation volumes, advisories per month, and litigation load in the RFP form on this page, and the proposal prices each lane separately: retainer for recurring work, matter-wise or stage-wise fees for litigation, and productised rates for document vetting at scale. No blended hourly mystery.

Who will actually work on our matters?

A team drawn from our set of more than 70+ advocates across India, matched to your sector and matter mix, and coordinated by one engagement desk so you never chase individual lawyers. In line with Bar Council of India rules and our NDAs we do not publish advocate names, but every engagement letter names your desk and escalation path.

How fast do you respond once engaged?

Response times are written into the engagement letter as SLAs. As a working norm: same-business-day acknowledgement, defined turnaround bands for documents by complexity, and an escalation line for urgent matters. RFPs submitted on this page are reviewed by a counsel and answered within one business day.

Can one engagement cover both non-litigation work and litigation?

Yes, that is the design. The retainer carries your documentation, advisories, and compliance cadence, while litigation matters run alongside under the same single window, with strategy, counsel briefing, and reporting handled by us across all 24 practice areas.

Do you work with startups and SMEs, or only large enterprises?

Both. The ₹50,000/- monthly entry point is deliberately sized so that a funded startup or a growing SME can afford an external General Counsel, and the engagement scales up with your volumes, all the way to enterprise litigation portfolios.

How is confidentiality handled?

Every engagement runs under an NDA and the confidentiality obligations of the Bar Council of India rules. We do not disclose client names or advocate names in any marketing material, including this brochure. Internally, matter access is restricted to your assigned team.

What are the add-ons, like Fundmycase and Legal Protect 360?

They are separate LawCrust Group brands you can bolt onto an engagement: Fundmycase.in for litigation finance, LegalProtect360.com for legal protection plans, vetted.legalprotect360.com for document drafting and vetting at scale, and Solvencis for strategy, M&A, and IBC consulting. Tick the ones you want in the RFP form and the proposal covers them.

Is the proposal discussion really free?

Yes. You submit the RFP, a counsel reviews it, and the consultation slot where we walk through the proposal costs nothing. Fees begin only if and when you sign the engagement letter.

More general questions on engagement, security, and procurement live on the FAQ page.
