LawCrust Global is the LPO desk of LawCrust Global Consulting Ltd. We sit inside a public-limited Indian legal consulting firm with 150+ professionals across legal, finance, and technology, but we operate as an independent service surface, with our own engagement model, our own SOWs, and our own contracts.
Heritage
From an Indian practice to a global desk.
The parent practice, LawCrust, began in 2016 with a simple insistence: a client deserves counsel who treats their matter with the same urgency they do. Ten years on, the practice spans 7 countries and a group of brands.
The Global desk was carved out as a separate surface in FY26 because Western procurement teams need a different mode of engagement than Indian retail clients, separate SOWs, separate compliance posture, separate commercial language. Sharing a phone number with consumer-facing surfaces would have been a buying friction.
The desk is staffed by reviewers, project managers, and supervising counsel drawn from across the parent practice, but commercial relationships are Global's own. Your engagement contract is with LawCrust Global Consulting Ltd, your discovery call is with the desk lead, and your work product is reviewed under Global's QC controls.

Reviewers and supervising counsel are Bar Council-registered, with substantive experience under the Indian Evidence Act, Companies Act, and adjacent regimes.
Western legal context
Senior reviewers have hands-on experience with FRCP discovery rules, UK CPR Part 31, GDPR/UK GDPR, and the major review platforms.
Independent of LawCrust law practice
We operate as a process-outsourcing desk, not a law firm. We are not your counsel of record, your local firm remains in that role, supervising our output.

A note on independence
We're a desk, not a firm.
Some clients ask whether engaging us creates conflicts with the parent practice's ongoing matters. The answer is no, Global maintains its own conflicts database, walls off engagement teams from sensitive parent-practice matters, and operates under a written conflicts policy that's available with our SOW pack.
We do not give legal advice. We deliver legal-process work product. Your local counsel of record reviews and signs off on output where required.
