Staffing, Frequently Asked
Questions Buyers Ask Before Piloting.
How quickly can a secondee start?
For paralegals and review specialists: 2-5 business days. For qualified attorneys (US / UK / India): 5-10 business days, longer (2-3 weeks) for niche specialists (specific regulator experience, cleared / classified work).
Are secondees vetted?
Yes. Background checks, qualification verification, conflict checks against your client list, and matter-specific NDA before access. Senior secondees are interview-able by the client team before deployment.
What jurisdictions can secondees be qualified in?
India (Bar Council enrolled), US (state-specific bar admissions), UK (SRA-qualified solicitors). Other jurisdictions on request.
Can a secondee convert to an in-house hire?
Yes. Most engagements include a conversion clause with a defined fee window and pro-rated refund if the secondee converts within the agreed period.
