Document Review & e-Discovery
When the matter generates more documents than the in-house team can read, the ALSP desk runs the review. ECA on the inbound corpus, first-pass on every responsive item, second-pass with privilege calls, and managed-review reporting that the case team can act on. Review-quality memos at the end of every pilot.

Document Review, Frequently Asked
Questions Buyers Ask Before Piloting.
Which review platforms do you operate?
Relativity (RelativityOne and on-prem), Reveal, Everlaw, and DISCO are routine. Other platforms (Logikcull, Lighthouse, Brainspace) on request and case-by-case fit.
How are reviewer teams sized?
1 team-lead per 4 reviewers as a default ratio, with a dedicated QC manager doing daily sample audits. Surge capacity (12+ reviewers per matter) available with 5 business days of ramp.
How is privilege review handled?
Privilege runs as a separate review layer after responsiveness, by a senior reviewer pool with a dedicated privilege protocol. Disputed-call escalations go to a designated client-side associate within 4 business hours.
Can you support foreign-language review?
English, French, Spanish, Arabic, and Hindi are native-staffed. Other languages are sourced through vetted partner networks with the same QC discipline applied.
