Questions Buyers Ask Before Piloting.

Do you build custom legal tech, or just implement existing platforms?

Both. Most engagements are platform implementations on Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPodAi, etc. Custom builds are scoped where the workflow does not fit a commercial platform — typically the GenAI-assisted review pipelines and the cross-platform reporting dashboards.

How are GenAI pipelines validated?

Every GenAI-assisted pipeline goes through a parallel-run validation: the pipeline output is compared against a senior-reviewer baseline on a sample, and accuracy / precision / recall metrics are reported before the pipeline goes live. Continuous QC sampling thereafter.

Do you integrate with our enterprise systems?

Yes. Salesforce, Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, Workday integrations are routine. Custom integrations to internal systems via REST or middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi).

What happens to our data when we exit?

Full data export in machine-readable format (CSV / JSON / native CLM export) is a contractual right at termination. Migration support to a successor vendor is available as a project.
