  1. My 309 partner visa is granted 6 months back but my husband who is Australian citizen is filing for divorce from Sydney. He emotional, mentally, psychologically played with my life and emotions and ruined my life by keep me waiting in India 2.5 years post marriage and 2 years before marriage. What can I do, he is threatening me to cancel my visa if I think of travelling there. I m in India right now. Never visited Sydney. Applied for visitor visa last year in June and wanted to travel but he postponed my travel by making excuses. I was not aware that he was fulfilling his one year distance to be eligible for divorce.
